Task 8.3 plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the knowledge, tools, and strategies developed within Work Package 8 are effectively shared across the European Network of Comprehensive Cancer Centers (CCCs). Through innovative dissemination methods and robust evaluation practices, this task strengthens collaboration, supports continuous learning, and amplifies the reach and impact of successful initiatives. By turning local insights into network-wide progress, Task 8.3 helps position EUnetCCC as a leading model for cancer care innovation in Europe

Our activities

Regular Newsletters - Issue monthly briefs and quarterly deep dives capturing milestones, stories, and outcomes from every WP8 task.

Communication Toolkits & Templates - Provide partner institutions with ready-to-use slide decks, press-release formats, social-media kits, and newsletter templates.

Visual & Interactive Content - Produce infographics, short videos, and podcast episodes tailored to different audiences’ needs and preferences.

Evaluation & Engagement Tracking - Monitor metrics—open rates, downloads, workshop attendance, and feedback surveys—to identify best practices and areas for improvement.

Strategic Alignment Sessions - Coordinate with WP2 (Communication) and WP3 (Evaluation) to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and impact measurement.

Workshops & Learning Sessions - Host cross-task gatherings—virtual and in-person—to share results, train on new tools, and collect partner feedback for continuous refinement.
