Our activities

Finalize and analyze the mapping survey of survivorship care within EU CCCs - results are now being interpreted through the lens of each Thematic Working Group (TWG).

Organize teaming and site visits to strengthen capacity and share practical models of survivorship care.

Develop and refine the Survivorship Hub concept, specifying its structure, core functions, and integration with Prevention Hubs.

Engage strategic partners (ESMO, JANE2, OECI4Patients, PanCare) to ensure alignment with European guidelines and survivorship standards.

Facilitate cross-professional collaboration through combined TWG and stakeholder sessions, promoting shared learning across domains.

Patient engagement: Implement patient representatives as co-chairs in all Thematic Working Groups (TWGs). Ensure transparent recruitment following EUnetCCC WP8 Patient Involvement Policy Framework, with appropriate support structures and reimbursement mechanisms.
